Hello friends, It's been a long time. Life has changed but the love to craft is still strong. I'm going to give my blog another go. This time I hope It will keep me crafting. So while I was being lazy, I did manage to add to my stash. I found the Copic marker. Those young artists had these markers for a long time and some brave crafter dove in and gave them a try. Now I'm glad to say they are everywhere....I love it! Alcohol based, these treasures make that stamped image come alive. Well almost. I've found a wonderful teacher near me that helps me see how you can make an image come alive. With a keen eye for detail, she has taught me to look at not just the image but to see where dimension lies. She calls it "The push pull" effect. Check her out Vanillaarts.com . This image was the one that stopped me in my tracks. I did this! With instructions from Amy and copic markers. But I couldn't believe how this turned out. I wanted more. My hope is to create more and get them posted.
